Project overview

The Atherton Forest Mountain Bike Park has around 55km of purpose-built MTB trails, with the majority designed and constructed by World Trail. With a mix of pure cross-country and road accessible gravity trails, and trails ranging from Easy to Very Difficult, there are trails to suit all level of rider. While Far North Queensland is best known for its beaches and reefs, Atherton Forest Mountain Bike Park is the hidden jewel of the tablelands, with some of the best riding in Australia and only a short drive out of Cairns.
