About the Role

We’re seeking skilled machine operators to join our pump track construction team, specialising in the delivery of world-class asphalt pump tracks across Australia. You’ll play a crucial role in operating machinery, following construction plans, and leading teams to ensure the highest standards of work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate excavators, skid steers, rollers, and other machinery essential for pump track construction.
  • Interpret and execute engineering plans and construction drawings.
  • Lead and motivate team members to achieve top productivity and safety.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental protection measures.
  • Communicate professionally with clients and provide progress updates to management.
  • Maintain high standards of conduct and professionalism at all times.

Role Requirements

Mandatory

  • Extensive experience with construction machinery (excavators, skid steers, rollers).
  • Current Construction Induction White Card (or ability to obtain).
  • Willingness to relocate for project duration (relocation assistance provided).
  • Comfortable living in shared accommodation with team members.

Desirable:

  • Experience in mountain bike trail or pump track construction.
  • Understanding of mountain biking culture.
  • Trade qualification or experience in construction, landscaping, or civil industries.
  • First Aid certification.
  • Unrestricted driver’s licence.

Location

Various pump track project locations across the east coast of Australia and Tasmania.
